In honor of mental health month.

•From february 2022-November 2022. I let someone destroy my self esteem, confidence, mental health, etc.
I let myself be treated that way for far to long. A lot of lessons were learned within the time.

•Flash forward a couple months, I rebuilt myself from the ground up. Remade for the better. I feel comfortable with not only my personality but my body also. I learned to have a growth only mindset.

•I have taken the time to fully learn all the aspects of mental health, and different ways to grow, and heal. I now take mental health extremely serious, and find ways to help not only my friends but anyone just struggling.

•When i went through what i did, I ditched out all of my friends. and chose toxic over love. Healing is never easy and doing it alone definitely isnt easy.

•My goal now is to make sure no one goes through what I have gone through and to help others whenever is needed.

With that being said. Don’t ever feel bad for reaching out to friends or family about a toxic mental situation you are in. Put yourself first and put your mental health above all.
