Here’s three things I really loved about this session 🤍

•Mom and Dad arrived feeling relaxed, with no pressure or expectations—just ready to spend time together and make memories with their little girl.
•I really loved their outfit choices. The white keeps everything feeling fresh and timeless, while the blue adds just the right amount of interest and that easy coastal, vacation feel.
•Most of the session was simply them playing with their daughter. I stayed in the background, quietly observing and gently guiding whenever needed.

This shoot was chaotic in the best possible way.
And honestly? That’s my favourite kind.

Because this is what it’s all about—capturing your family exactly as you are, in the season you’re in. All you need to do is show up, be present, and trust me to find the beauty in your chaos.

Out and about in the Garden Route.

Halfway between Wilderness and Sedgefield is Timberlake Village. It’s a lovely little spot for a morning out. The kids loved the @acrobranchgardenroute treetop adventures and it was so nice to hang around @thenaughtymonkey afterwards and have something to eat while the kids play under the trees.

We made a pitstop on the way back at Selena’s in Wilderness for an Aperol and sushi and we were home by nap time. A perfect little weekend adventure 👌🏼

In my verdediging, dit was ‘n crazy jaar! Ek het darem mooi fotos van hom alleen geneem, maar ek soek van myself ook met my kinders😂

We grew up in a small town in the Northern Cape, and now we get to raise our boys in a small suburb just outside of town, five minutes from the sea.
