Hello everyone 🙏🏽 I will have to cancel classes THIS Wednesday for bereavement of my Grandmother Mariela Buitrago Gomez. She passed away Monday in her home at age 97. She had 14 kids, 50 grandchildren, and 60+ and counting great grandchildren.
.
.
Whether she knows it or not her impact has extended far and wide, even to those of you who have trained with me ☺️🥰💪🏽🥊

Thank you to everyone who came to class last week! We had our biggest class yet!! 💪🏽 Here we are practicing protecting the head with very light touching. Improves reaction time and accuracy to mimic a real match.

Lots of people are shy when they do their first kickboxing class but they ALWAYS leave feeling better than when they came in. Our age ranges are from 18-50 years old!
