Happy Valentine’s Day to my lovely wife @gabra_cadabra ❤️ Our 13th Valentine’s Day together already. Time sure does fly. The old joke/saying is “Happy Wife, Happy Life”, but I just happened to get extra lucky. I found someone who has always had her own passions/goals/fulfillment and I think because of that, instead of completely relying on eachother for happiness, we push each other to make ourselves happy. It makes life so easy and I’m grateful for it 🙏🏻 by @lancejoseph_ig

I haven’t said anything about this to a lot of people yet so here it goes. There’s a reason I haven’t been posting any new guitar content this year and that I’ve just been posting old clips. I strained my left hand and it has really been making playing the guitar difficult. I’m currently in physical therapy for it, trying to get to the bottom of this. Never take your health for granted, physical/mental/whatever. You never know when you’ll suddenly face an obstacle that prevents you from doing what you love. I normally would never make this kind of post, but this is killing me so do me a favor. If you’re a person who prays or mentally sends positive energy or whatever you do, send some to my left hand cause I haven’t been making good progress with this and I’ll try anything at this point. With that said, here’s another old clip messing around 🙃 by @lancejoseph_ig

Finally got to see System Of A Down live. When I was somewhere between 12 and 13 years old, I was introduced to their music by my Uncle Pat right at the same time that I was learning how to play the guitar. I think “Lonely Day” may have been the first song I ever learned how to play. The impact that this band has had on me as a kid was tremendous, I’ll remember this show forever. #systemofadown by @lancejoseph_ig

Just found this clip in my phone! I believe this was the original playthrough clip I filmed for this solo when I was on vacation in Florida in 2019 or 2020. Playing lead guitar on this album was really so much fun for me and gave me a chance to show my old school metal influences in my playing. If you love old school Heavy Metal check out @mikelepondssilentassassins original music written by Mike Lepond (Symphony X bassist).

I had this stuck in my head ALL MORNING so I had to do it. I would’ve re-done it 100 more times, but screw it. Good enough for a live take 🏈 #superbowl #nfl #fox and obviously #taylorswift @nfl @taylorswift #kc #sf #kansascity #sanfrancisco by @lancejoseph_ig
