Land Art Studio is a practice in landscape architecture, placemaking, and design. Our focus is on delivering harmonious, resilient, and delightful destinations.

Established in Salt Rock, KwaZulu-Natal in 2012 by landscape architect Bernice Rumble, our studio is dedicated to creating designs that reflect joyful beauty inspired by their surroundings.

We aim to ignite conversations about weaving nature, culture, and beauty into placemaking to inspire wellness, joy, and a calm sense of place. And strive for excellence in every project.

Let’s create beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces together 🌱

Introducing our Conversation Break hosts, who come from different spaces, backgrounds, and industries. They will help us explore the forces that create change, the moments that signal it, and what becomes possible when we recognise that we are standing at the edge of something new.

The talks may begin on stage, but the conversation continues with you.

A joyful exploration with two creative studios @falconerartstudios and @studio.kalki A stylised forest epic scale mural layered with our local guardians. Thanks to our incredible client for trusting us. We are truly grateful that our work moves through different scales and dimensions. A project that required rewilding, detailed design, and art, which for us is super fulfilling #rewilding #rehabilitation #landscape #design #landscapearchitecture by @land_art_studio
