"I just want the bags gone." That's the goal. 👇 Before we went in, I walked my patient through exactly what I'd be doing: making a small incision, addressing the fat under the eye, removing a conservative amount of skin, placing an internal stitch to support the lid, and using a little fat grafting to smooth the area. Conservative is the word. Take too much skin and the eyelid can drop. That's not a risk worth taking. She wanted to look the same, just without the bags. That's exactly what we did. ** Comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information! ** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
"She makes me feel comfortable. I get nervous easy. But she keeps me calm." That's what matters to me. Results are important, but how you feel walking into that OR matters just as much. Being available when questions come up, keeping you informed, being honest about what to expect, that's part of the care. Not an add-on to it. If you've been nervous about taking the first step, that's okay. A lot of my patients are. We'll figure it out together. **Comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
A surgeon should never disappear once the surgery ends. 👇 I am present before, during, and long after. From the first consultation to the final stage of healing, you are guided through every step. This is a significant decision, and no one should navigate it alone. The result matters. So does the care surrounding it. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
We talk about recovery before surgery, never after. 👇 Every procedure heals differently, and I want you to understand yours completely before any decision is made. The downtime, the swelling, the day to day of it all. Preparation is what makes the entire experience feel calmer and more assured. Recovery is part of the transformation. It deserves the same care as the surgery itself. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
The right procedure is rarely the one you walked in asking for. 👇 Patients often arrive certain of the solution, and leave with a plan they never expected. Not because I sold them something else, but because the evaluation revealed what their body actually needed. Anatomy, goals, health, and lifestyle all shape the answer. The plan should be built around you. Never the other way around. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
More procedures will never mean a better result. The artistry lives in the planning. Your safety, your health, the length of surgery, the recovery, and how every part will look in harmony with the whole. Done thoughtfully, a combination can be powerful. Done carelessly, it is simply more. The best plan is never the biggest one. It is the one built for you. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
Your first consultation should never feel like a sales pitch. 👇 It has one purpose. That you leave informed, unhurried, and clear on what actually makes sense for you. We talk through your concerns, your anatomy, your options, and what recovery truly looks like. Nothing rushed. Nothing assumed. You will never be pressured here. You will only be understood. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
Sometimes the most honest answer I can give is "not yet." 👇 Not every patient is ready for every procedure, and I will always tell you the truth about that. Saying no is not a lost opportunity. It is a form of care, and it protects the result you came here for. A yes should mean it is right for you, not simply that it is possible. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
You feel like yourself on the inside. Your body just no longer shows it. 👇 That disconnect is real, and I hear it often. After pregnancy, after weight changes, after the seasons of a life fully lived. The goal was never perfection. It is helping you feel aligned with yourself again. You deserve to recognize the reflection looking back at you. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
The result is only part of the story. Long before the first incision, there is planning, preparation, early mornings, and safety check after safety check. By the time I step into the operating room, the most important work is already done. Excellence is quiet. It happens where no one is watching. **comment PRICING and we will provide you with more information!** Wilmina Landford, MD Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Washington DC | Maryland 📱 301-235-1900 by @landfordmd
