Ingredients:
For the Pinwheels:
* Land O’Frost Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
* Large flour tortillas
* Honeycrisp apple, shredded
* Apple butter
* Sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
* Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Dipping Sauce:
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* 2 tsp Dijon mustard
* 2 tsp honey
* ¼ tsp garlic powder
* ¼ tsp onion powder

Steps:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-low heat.
2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin, even layer of apple butter over the surface.
3. Place two slices of sharp cheddar cheese toward the center of the tortilla, side by side without overlapping. Layer 5–6 slices of turkey over the cheese, then top with a thin layer of shredded apple.
4. Tightly roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
5. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 1½-inch-thick pinwheels. Garnish with fresh parsley.
6. To prepare the dipping sauce, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
7. Serve the warm pinwheels with the dipping sauce on the side for dipping. by @landofrost

#ad Turkey pesto pinwheels with @landofrost Honey Smoked Turkey Breast😋

Ingredients:

3 large flour tortillas
2 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp pesto
1 1/2 cups arugula
12 slices of Land O’Frost Honey Smoked Turkey Breast
6 oz shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions:

Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even layer of cream cheese on the bottom half. Add pesto directly on top of cream cheese. Then layer arugula, 4 slices of turkey, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
(Optional: toast tortillas in pesto oil)

Slice each roll into 8 pinwheels and top with balsamic glaze.

RECIPE ⬇️⬇️

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp avocado oil
½ tbsp sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
½ lb @landofrost Premium Black Forest Ham, chopped
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp ground ginger
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups cooked rice
3 green onions, thinly sliced
¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
Salt & pepper, to taste

Heat avocado and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic, ginger, peas and carrots, and Land O’Frost Premium Black Forest Ham and cook for about 2 minutes. Push mixture to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble until cooked through. Add rice and soy sauce. stir everything together and cook for about 2 minutes, until combined. Garnish with green onions and serve! by @landofrost
