What a year🔥

I traveled. I closed deals. I bought my first car. I poured into my community. I helped bring ideas and events to life. I designed websites, built platforms, created new opportunities, strengthened old businesses, started new ones, and somehow found even bigger dreams along the way.

There were wins I celebrated publicly and battles I fought privately. Relationships changed. Plans changed. I changed.

And through all of it, I kept creating.

This year taught me that sometimes you can be so focused on where you’re trying to go that you don’t stop long enough to realize just how far you’ve already come.

So as I close out another trip around the sun, I’m not measuring this year by what I didn’t accomplish. I’m grateful for what I built, who I helped, where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and the person I’m becoming.

I entered this new chapter with a lot to be thankful for.

And before I close the book on this past year…

One more thing.

JUST SOLD 🏡🔑

Some deals test you as a REALTOR®.

This one tested patience, persistence, strategy, communication, and determination from beginning to end… 😮‍💨 but we got it done.

After navigating a challenging transaction and successfully negotiating a bidding war, Penelope officially sold for $10,000 over asking. 🙌🏾

What makes this closing even more special is that this was also the first transaction I managed through and with the Lane Estates app. From tracking the deal and client journey to keeping the transaction organized along the way.

This closing was a reminder that real estate isn’t just about putting a sign in the yard. It’s about knowing how to negotiate, problem-solve, communicate, and stay with the deal until the keys are released.
