This one deserved to be an actual post instead of just a story. After 5 years of being steady in the gym I finally hit 315# on bench. Lots of setbacks, mindset shifts and other things distracting me from this goal. It’s been a grind for sure. Feels good to hit it though. by @lanemack

Proud dad moment! My girl had her first dance review and she did so good. Wasn’t nervous and went full out on the stage. ❤️❤️❤️ by @lanemack

God truly gave us the most caring daughter. She is always thinking about other people, giving gifts, making cards and artwork, how she can make someone smile, how she can show love to them. She is creative, outgoing, funny, and the sweetest person I know. We are so grateful to have her in our lives. I can’t believe she is in DOUBLE DIGITS today! I hope she has the HAPPIEST 10th BIRTHDAY. 🎂🎉🥳 by @lanemack
