Here’s what I found — and it’s something a lot of agents overlook 👇

Before a potential client ever calls, texts, or books a showing, they may already be forming an opinion about you online.

Here’s what they can see:
🔎 Your Google results — Can they actually find you when they search your name or your market?
🌐 Your website — Does it immediately tell them who you are, where you work, and how you can help?
📱 Your social media — Does your content make you look active, knowledgeable, and like someone they’d want to work with?
⭐ Your reviews — What are other people saying about their experience with you?
📞 Your contact information — Once they’re interested, can they easily figure out how to reach you?
And here’s the part I think realtors should pay more attention to:

You don’t get to control the first impression someone forms from your online presence.
They’re going to see what they see.

So I’d do this today:

Search your own name + your city.

Then pretend you’ve never met yourself before.
Would what you find make you want to contact you?
If not, that’s where I’d start.
