Just another bodybuilder turned hybrid athlete 🤣 no but fr… why do I lowkey want to train for a Hyrox 👀

Especially over the last year of taking a step back from bodybuilding and entering a PTA program, I have developed much more of an appreciation & love for functional training. Specifically, pushing myself to do things out of my comfort zone and learning to listen to my body.

One of the biggest things about being in PTA school is I’ve realized how truly IMPORTANT it is to STRETCH and prioritize functional mobility!!! 🫵❗️ (coming from the queen of forgetting to stretch, but trying to do better lol)

These are just a few in my rotation that have worked well for me! Everyone is different tho <3
