State finals recap! Walking away from this 2025/2026 season with many emotions. For starters I am so proud of how far this horse has come and can’t wait to see what he has to bring in the future. I came up short after tipping in the short round to go to nationals, which came with a lot of emotion. I walk away from this rodeo season wishing I could’ve done more or changed the outcome, but also with a lot to be proud of. Lastly, I want to give a big thank you to the people who make this sport I love most possible. Thank you to my family for always being there to support me, my mom for everything she does behind the scenes, and my dad for getting me through the long nights in the practice pen, the confidence struggles, and for getting me to every rodeo. Can’t forget about grandma making sure all of the points are correct!🤣 Thank you to the Whsra for the many opportunity’s. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for next season! by @lanieb35

As I wrap up my freshman year there are many emotions! This year was full of highs, and lows. Joy, and pain. Smiles, and tears. Wins, and losses. But overall many lessons learned. I couldn’t be more proud of how far rudy has came in these past few months. This past weekend was a battle to get into the #4 spot. I went into the short round knowing I needed to lay everything on the line. That’s exactly what I did, but unfortunately tipped to get a shot at nationals. Although this was heartbreaking, and wasn’t how I had hoped to end the Season. I am using this as fuel going into next season. Lastly, I wanna say thank you to my friends, family, and whsra for making this season possible. As well as everyone who has helped me with not only improving on Rudy toward the end of the season, but also by confidence on him. 💗💗 by @lanieb35
