💡Session 3!!!

I cant even describe what a joy and blessing it was to spend the past 2 weeks @woodlandscamp!

Learning what it truly means to be forgotten is something that (thankfully) has rewired my brain! We were put on this 🌎 to make the name of Jesus know to all, but that doesn't always mean directly telling somebody about Him. Sometimes the role of making Jesus known can look a little different, and it definitely did these past 2 weeks! I was lucky enough to clean bathrooms, sweep dinning halls, and vacuums rooms creating an environment for the Gospel to be shared. So much intent and detail is put into a day at Woodlands camp, and because of the little things campers get to learn about Jesus! While no one will remember how clean the chapel they worshipped in was, they will remember learning about the God who loves them and desires a relationship with them, and thats ALL that matters!

Grateful is an understatement for this place and the people it brought me! Camp has given me my best friends, people to look up to, & TONS unforgettable memories! Thank you Jesus for a place like Woodlands camp!

Week spent in the big 🍎 serving a bigger God!!!

Among other things, New York is know as the city that Never sleeps and previously spending a week there really proved that! During this past week I was taught the importance of silence and rest, allowing ourselves to receive what the Lord has in store for us! I am always grateful for @jfstudentmusic and the opportunities they give us to proclaim Jesus's name! Whether is block parties, singing, or walking around the park in a banana costume, it's all for His glory! taken in New York City by @lanielloyd_

What a blessing it has been to reflect on this past week and see all the powerful ways that the Lord moved in the Dominican Republic! The children and adults that I encountered this week showed me what it look likes to be filled with the Joy of the Lord. While we were there to serve and teach them about the gospel, I believe that they were also teaching us. Teaching and showing us what true joy looks like no matter the circumstances you are under. From the second we arrived at our mission sites, we were greeted with nothing but smiles and laughter despite the conditions that they were living in. The presence of the holy spirit is FLOWING in these people, and I believe they gave back to us just as much as we gave to them. The Lord has his hands over the DR and all its people and I am so grateful to have witnessed that first hand! Thank you @jfstudents and @scoreintl for the most amazing week!!🇩🇴🤍 taken in República Dominicana by @lanielloyd_
