Count it All ✨

One of life’s greatest gifts is the people we meet along the way. Every connection serves a purpose—some bring joy, some offer support, and others teach us valuable lessons that help us grow.

I’m grateful for the people who have crossed my path, leaving a positive impact on my journey. Whether they were part of my life for a moment or for years, each has contributed in some way to the person I am today.

Never underestimate the power of connection. The right people can inspire us, challenge us, and remind us that we are stronger together.

@bayofislesboxingclub @bronte_hind @gloveup__ Grateful for the connection and excited to see where it grows 🌱✨🥊🫶

✈️ from NYC to Detroit to watch The Shields vs Daniels fight. She LOVES women’s boxing becoming a fan after the Shields vs Perkins fight. I met her walking into our press conference fight week. She asked me for a photo and proceeded to say you are so cute I love your hat #buckethat 🌼 I smiled replying Naww Thank you, I love your hair. She told me she done it herself. Wow 😍 Genuinely fascinated by her talent to do it herself, I was like really can you do others too? Can you do mine for the fight 🤣 she hesitated downplaying her skills suggesting she can but it’s not very good. I beg to differ she made me look tougher straight away especially with them jail poses 😜 That small interaction saved me an uber trip, a $100 usd and I gained me a new friend. Being a local in NYC she also done my hair for the Green vs Daniel’s fight and was part of TEAM DANIELS fight week 🙏 #whanaungatanga #connection #boxing #kindisthenewcool by @lanijack77

“What I love about boxing is the mindset. You have to go into the ring knowing you’re going to win because if there’s any hint of doubt, your mind is going to thrive on it. You need to be focused and disciplined. Whichever path I follow after boxing, I want to use what I’ve learnt from being a world champion to try to live a better life.”

Pulling no punches, Northland fighter Lani Daniels reveals how she went from overweight and alcoholic to a sporting great. Read about her knockout comeback in our latest issue. by @lanijack77

I had to laugh. A throwback to Madison Square backstage, Lani asking security every five minutes if she was allowed somewhere.

Security were like "What are you talking about, you're one of them" 😂
