💚💚💚 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT 💚💚💚

well aren’t u guys lucky… artist #3 LESSGOOOO @laniokay @laniokay @laniokay

introducing Lani <3nchanted, ethereal faerie DJ who takes her audience on a sonic journey, blending genres and tempo.

from trance to trap, jersey club to happy hardcore, expect to transcend realms and feel the euphoria. Nostalgia plays a huge part in Lani’s sets. if there’s one thing you can expect from a club night with Lani it’s a girly pop y2k remix. mixing the old with the new, also expect some old school trance and clubland classics, as well as newage genres like hyperpop, digicore, and deconstructed club.

hailing from ireland but now an established member of the deptford community after moving to london 6 years ago. the second thursday of every month you can catch her on deptfords very own aaja radioat 8pm, where she will take you on A Journey Through the <3nchanted Forest.

as part of london collective Eternal she has appeared on Groove Tank and played at their debut night in Bermondsey Social Club in July. known for iconic b2bs with @hnro0o , the two will be collaborating on their new upcoming radio show this autumn.

the bottom line: expect some blissed out bootyshaking for Lani’s set this weekend <333 by @laniokay

If thou dost rain, for forty days it will remain. If thou be fair, for forty days ‘twill rain nae more

🌧️☔️🌧️☔️🌧️

Come get wet this July and celebrate St. Swithin’s Day with a night of revelry and a healthy disregard for the forecast.

As Europe experiences another summer of heatwaves, floods and extreme weather, and as many in our communities continue to face rising inequality and violence, we’ll be raising money for organisations supporting people on the front line. We can’t stop the rain, but no matter the weather we will still dance together.

All profits from the evening will go to:

999 Club – A Deptford-based charity supporting people facing homelessness and poverty across Southeast London.
Sistah Space – Specialist charity that supports African & Caribbean heritage women affected by domestic and sexual abuse, at a time when support services are needed more than ever.

Expect a downpour of playful, high-energy sounds from London-based selectors spanning house, disco, garage, UK Funky, dubstep, techno and beyond.

WAAW // RAT RACING // ZAK SMIFF // LANI <3NCHANTED

Come dressed for whatever the forecast throws at you.

£5 // £7 // £10

Thank you to my guests so far @scioscia47 & @hnromusic , to my back up dancers, and to anyone that has listened :)
Music is so special to me, so it’s been really nice sharing a little piece of me with the world as Lani <3nchanted!
Through the technical difficulties, the nerves, and the straight up fuck ups i’m learning so much, putting myself out there, and most importantly…. having SO much fun!

My show is on the 2nd Thursday of every month on Channel 2 on @aajamusic at 8pm!!!!
