Out of the shadows walk
Jan Juc > Bells Beach

Today, we walk together to honour the lives lost, support those in distress, and bring suicide out of the shadows and into the light.

Stigma fades when connection grows. If you are on the Surf Coast and need support, a safe space, or someone to chat to, your local community has your back. Reach out to Lifeline, the Surf Coast Safe Space, The Shaka Project or Roses In The Ocean. You are never alone. 💙
