POSTS STORIES REELS

I didn’t change overnight—I changed because I never stopped showing up. 🔥

My journey started at @f45_training_irvine in the summer of 2021. I entered my first 45-Day Challenge that October, and coach @deionjamaal & coach @jaydamarie truly changed my life. ❤️ and I will be forever grateful 🙏

I just wanted to get stronger… but I gained so much more.

Consistency. Clean eating. Prioritizing rest, recovery & sleep. And most importantly—keeping a positive mindset no matter what life throws at you.

From feeling inflamed and uncomfortable in my body to feeling strong, healthy and SHREDDED. 💪🔥

Believe it will happen. Stay positive. Stay consistent. Keep showing up. ❤️💙🤍

our last Flow was dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness, and it was a reminder that movement can be about so much more than what our bodies can do.

sometimes it’s about showing up, finding connection, and making space for ourselves in the middle of everything life brings.

I’m so grateful for this community, our Friday night together, and the little moments that remind us what matters most.

and lots of love to @pivot.collection for bringing the cutest extras + a special discount and raffle to the evening. 🫶🏾

we’re back November 6th. a special collaboration with @ndidi.breathwork - come move with us. ♡
