Heaven gained three special souls this week. I really hope this isn't heaven's way of preparing me to make the heart shattering decision for Scout. Friday night and early Saturday was a little stressful. Yesterday was rough thinking about her choices I hopefully won't have to make for a while. But thinking about how happy my little girl is, and how big her heart is, broke my heart having to think about at what point do I have to stop?
My heart broke thinking about that. I love my dogs. They are my world. They are MY family, in a way that no one else is. They are the first to show me unconditional love. They make me laugh in a way nothing else can. I don't want to give up on them. I'm a bit obsessive that way. I want her to live. I want her to have the best first Christmas in the only loving home she's ever known and I desperately hope it doesn't have to be her last. She has come so far from her prior abusive life. I decided I'm gonna make this the best Christmas ever for them.
There are so many thoughts and emotions on my heart and mind. I might be even slower replying to messages, or involving myself in social events. I am going to cherish and spoil the time I have with her. by @lapradorlove
