Always working. Always striving. Always growing. We are quietly working on our projects. Remember…talking is loud, action is quiet. Have you ever heard a tree grow? #lapstone #growthmindset 📸: @brendensteiner.photography taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @lapstonellc

Lapstone is over in this luxury pocket of South Philadelphia working on an extremely unique home and design. We are excited to share the finish details on this project. This home required major steel components and structural work to make this footprint a reality. The architects designed a really unique master suite addition. Give us 60-80 days and this one will be a wrap. 🎬 This one will be for sale by the legend @francismangubat.

Not every project starts smoothly. This summer had record rain and this project needed some additional engineering after excavation. Things happen…it’s how we respond that matters. Onto framing next for this 8-unit project 🧱🚧🏗️.

Lapstone is breaking ground on another multifamily application here in West Philadelphia. We are working closely with Friends Rehabilitation Center to help provide quality housing to the community not just West Philadelphia, but all throughout the city. We have some bigger projects in the works and can’t wait to show them to you. Cheers to phase one🥂.

Our team has reached a major milestone that all clients enjoy. The completion of Sheetrock hanging. This is when the project starts to come together. We cannot wait to install the thoughtfully designed finishes our in-house design team has been curating with our clients.

A major renovation on a famous public thoroughfare in Philadelphia requires expertise. Trust Lapstone.

Heading over to South Philly, Lapstone has secured an opportunity to perform multifamily conversion applications on a historical street right in the center of South Philadelphia. Within steps from the Italian market, Sarcones Bakery, and Angelos, Lapstone is honored to leave our mark on the block as well.

Here in Phase 1, this project consisted of heavy demolition and add value work. With a 1,200 square foot addition on the way, this multi family project will be a great place for new tenants.

We are looking forward to moving through the next few phases together.
