Celebrating with our local business community last night at the annual Whitsundays Business Awards, where we were nominees in the “Regional Game Changer” category. Congratulations to the amazing team at the local newspaper @mackaywhitsundaylife on the category win! A huge thank you to all of our clients over the past 18 months – past, present, and repeat – and to our industry partners for their continued collaboration. Drew and I are incredibly proud to have grown our idea into a full-time business, helping people both locally and from afar purchase in this beautiful region, and we look forward to adding to our team. We are deeply passionate about what we do, and the long days, seven days a week, are worth it to be living out our dream in paradise and supporting others with their property goals.This year, through our community giveback initiative, we have donated $7,500 to local community organisations, which is something we’re proud of.We’re also excited to be moving into our new Airlie Beach office in the coming month and are looking forward to everything ahead for our business and family, including building next year. The auction attracted 11 registered bidders and a crowd of approximately 60 attendees. Representing our clients with paddle number 11, Lara successfully acquired this outstanding opportunity on their behalf.The property offers a weekly rental return of approximately $2,500 and will undergo several improvements prior to tenancy, including the installation of new air-conditioning throughout.
