A HUGE thank you to @larashakespeare from @eclipsedance.co for such a fun hip hop workshop yesterday! 🩷✨ We had the BEST time dancing to ‘When I Grow Up’ by The Pussycat Dolls 💃🏼🎶 and all the girls absolutely SMASHED the dance! 🥹🔥 So proud of everyone for getting involved, having fun and bringing the energy! A massive thank you as well for the adorable cookies with Southend Girls on them such a thoughtful touch and we absolutely loved them! 🍪💕 Thank you for making the workshop so special and giving our girls the chance to dance, laugh and make more memories together! 🫶🏼💗 #SouthendGirlsWalksAndSocials #HipHopDance #Girlhood #SouthendGirls taken in Southend-on-Sea by @larashakespeare

Loveeeeeee a @lilihodge_x commercial choreo 🙌🏻✨ My body is aching but loved dancing this routine and went full bump out rather than pulling up my Simon Cowell trousers! @i.am.her.collective @lilihodge_x #commercialdance #commercialdancer #essexdance #pregnantdancer #mileyraycyrus by @larashakespeare

Shoutout to @ngudance for the consistently banging routines which I reckon will send me into labour 😂 Don’t get me wrong, I get frustrated that am not moving how I know my body can but as always, here’s to the female body and it’s incredible ability to grown a human and have a boogie at the same time ✨ 🙌🏻 @ngudance #commercialdance #commercialdancer #pregnantdancer #essexdance #leakit by @larashakespeare
