✨ Wild Soul Takeover at SCW Chicago! ✨ What a weekend! I couldn’t be more proud of this incredible Master Trainer team. πŸ’ͺ Laura kicked things off Friday with a SOULkickboxing session that had everyone smiling, sweating, and asking for more β€” followed by a session she designed completely on her own after she WON the CA MANIA Star Search πŸŽ‰ Mykala stepped into her power presenting our flagship format, SOULfusion, for the very first time β€” and absolutely crushed it! I’m soooo proud! Huge shoutout to Jaysa for supporting these woman like only she can! Full of energy & enthusiasm πŸ”₯ This was both Laura and Mykala’s first time presenting at an SCW conference, and they’ve already got 10⭐️ feedback rolling in! πŸ™Œ Meanwhile, our powerhouse Sara V β€” the heart behind BARREfusion β€” is currently leading that session like only she can, with Mykala by her side! Oh boy do I wish I could see this beautiful movement in person! Sara will be wrapping up the weekend tomorrow presenting SOULstrength to the stage with Mac bringing the HEAT πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’« I’m beyond grateful for each of these amazing humans, for the energy they bring, the passion they share, and the heart they lead with. Thank you to Sara Kooperman and #SCWMania for giving us the space to do what we love β€” empowering instructors and spreading the SOUL LOVE πŸ’– Wild Soul. SOULfusion. SOULstrength. SOULkickboxing. BARREfusion Different vibes, same mission: Inspire through movement. #TheSOULBrands #WildSoul #SCWMania #SOULfusion #SOULstrength #SOULkickboxing #Gratitude #ProudLeader #FitnessFamily by @larayaz

Congratulations to NEW Human Reformer Pilates Instructors! This amazing group of fitness instructors were definitely ready to learn something new in our full day certification at the Washington State University Student Recreation Center. I am so excited they will be teaching Human Reformer Pilates and bringing the power of the #flexkord resistance band to WSU students and beyond. Special thanks to @larayaz WSU Student Recreation Assistant Director of Fitness & Operations for bringing in @humanreformer education from @fitproprogramming ! #humanreformerpilates #humanreformer #pilates #pilatesworkout #pilatesmatwork #core #groupfitness #fitnesscertification #fitproprogramming #upperbodystrength #fitnessinstructor #pilatesinstructor by @larayaz

Celebrating 5 years with this magical creature that soothes my soul, forces me to slow down, walk every day, and despite all the training money can buy, has never stopped barking at the top of his lungs at absolutely everything. I love you Mushroom! πŸ„ Happy Gotcha Day! by @larayaz
