Day 412. Then the signal came in.

SIGNAL is a short film I made with Brett Newton. Two guys, two iPhones, two different states. We filmed our parts on our phones, sent them back and forth, and built the rest with AI.

The point isn’t the spaceship. It’s that you can still get together with your friends and make something, even when you’re nowhere near each other.

Sound on. Who are you making something with? taken in Apollo Beach, Florida by @lareels

✨ Olive Russell is one to watch. ✨

This Southeast-based actress is already showing the range, focus, and instincts of a seasoned pro. Swipe to see why 👉

🎭 Slide 2: Drama. Opposite @thekylewalters Olive @olive.theredhead delivers a grounded, emotionally honest performance that pulls you right into the moment. Every look lands. Every beat feels real.

😂 Slide 3: Comedy. Then she flips the switch alongside comedian and actress Megan Stephens (PrivilegeTalent), matching her beat for beat with crisp timing and effortless charm.
Heart and humor in the same day? That’s a true talent. 🙌

Olive is represented by the amazing team at @kdtalent . Casting directors, remember this name. ⭐

Proud to have created this with you, Olive. The future is bright! 💫

Hybrid Filmmaking - Keep the actors performance 100% - add production value everywhere else :) playing and learning with these models.

Workflow: write and record practically
-Edit in premiere
-Take first frame and generate look and environment
-Input generated first frame with ai keyed layer of my edited video performance
- generate assets in 15-30 second increments
-edit in premiere pro

In a post apocalyptic future, two bounty hunters seek each other out across the universe! This is their story!

The world of ai generational video is changing and optimizing so fast. Do you want to do a hybrid film where your acting performance is brought into a world of infinite production value? Or do you have an original idea and you’re not even an actor but what to tell your story?

It’s time to do it now, bring your story to life. taken in Peachtree City, Georgia by @lareels

The “totally normal” showing.

Some showings are smooth. Some are… an experience. 😂

This one is loosely based on a true story, and if you’ve been in real estate long enough, you know that sometimes you just have to roll with the chaos.

Because at the end of the day, my job isn’t to have the perfect showing. It’s to show up for my buyers, stay calm when things get weird, keep it professional, and get the job done.

My clients come first. Always.

And sometimes real estate looks a little more like controlled chaos than a perfectly staged home tour. 😂

But whatever the situation, I’m there to navigate it, advocate for my clients, and keep things moving forward.

Whatever it takes. Let’s get you home. 🏡

And if you’re thinking about making a move, buying your next home, or just have questions about the market, my DMs are always open or you can also email me at annmarie.sepe@gmail.com I’m happy to be a resource…no pressure, no awkward sales pitch. ❤️

Huge shoutout to the hubby @thebrettnewton for directing, producing and editing! Also huge shout out to my beautiful and talented friend @ashleerosewilliams WE HAD FUN! 🤩 #realestateagent #peachtreecityrealestate #realestatecomedy taken in Peachtree City, Georgia by @lareels

As an actor, director, shooter and editor there’s a lot of feelings going on here.

1. The output is cool and this is just touching the surface.

2. The ease to go from imagination to creation is satisfying

3. It’s exciting to create this. I acted the scene on my phone used that as a driving performance and enhanced and built the world around it

4. Lots to play with

Minimal prompting, can create something like this. If I really start putting the work in I can make something incredible. You can too.

My goal is to produce a hybrid story that I can act in. Here we go. by @lareels

100 DAY ACTING HABIT —— FAILED!!
What can I say… I quit my acting habit. It wasn’t about the acting, I love the acting! It was about making quality content and being proud of the information I’m putting out there. #actorslife

I love to act, and I thoroughly enjoy making exciting, engaging and educational videos and reels for actors, but I hate forcing myself to make junk content everyday just bc I want to get the word out. ##rehearsenow

I’ve come to the conclusion better produced videos with better enraging and real world insight is going to be better than slop out!

So here we go! by @lareels

The future of the entertainment industry belongs to the Actor/Producer.

For the first time, actors don’t have to wait around for permission to create.

You don’t need a studio to say yes.
You don’t need a gatekeeper to hand you a role.
You don’t need to sit still while the industry changes around you.

The tools are here.

AI tools.
Vertical video platforms.
Affordable cameras.
Editing apps.
Self-tape technology.
Direct access to audiences.

If you have taste, discipline, and a point of view, you can build. You can rehearse. You can write. You can shoot. You can produce. You can bring your vision to life faster than ever before.

I’m Brett Newton — SAG actor, micro-drama producer of 45 vertical series with 1.5B+ views, and co-founder of RehearseNow.ai.

And what I see clearly is this:

The actors who win in the next era won’t just be waiting for auditions.

They’ll be creating proof.
Creating characters.
Creating scenes.
Creating their own momentum.

The opportunity is massive — but only for the artists willing to adapt, learn, and make things.

The future isn’t coming.

It’s already here.
