Since spring, I’ve had the chance to start an amazing collaboration with @skatepro , who equipped me with everything I needed to get back on wheels.

I was a speed skater in my youth, so I’ve known about the Berlin Inline Marathon for years. I always dreamed of being there one day and this year, it really happened! Who would have thought that at 31 years old I’ll race on skates again haha🤣 But honestly, the experience was so much more than a race.

I didn’t come to Berlin with a specific performance goal. I wanted to enjoy every single moment and reconnect with that feeling I know so well from my speed skating years. And oh boy, did I enjoy it.🙈🖤

Skating freely on closed roads, with no cars around just hundreds of skaters, the adrenaline, the rhythm, and that familiar feeling of pushing harder and harder until my legs started to hurt.

That feeling reminded me why I fell in love with skating in the first place.I’m fulfilled with both the result and, even more importantly, the experience. And I’m especially grateful that I got to share the weekend with some of the amazing people from SkatePro, whom finnaly got to meet them in person.

Thank you, SkatePro, for making this possible and for bringing me back to where it all started. Berlin was special. 🖤 And yes… I definitely want more of this in the future. taken in Berlin Mitte by @larisa.chinces
