We have the bulls, the cows, the ram, the ewes.
Basically what you buy from us is made from scratch!
Our calves and lambs are born under our watch on property’s we graze here in sunny Central Oregon. We are in full control of every aspect of our animals life until it goes to processing. We even do that locally, under strict USDA inspection.

Homemade Bone Broth !!

We have everything you need to create this beautiful gelatinous Bone Broth at home with LVR ingredients you know and trust.
I would use Knuckle Bones for this recipe along with Chicken Feet or Chicken Wings but you can use other types of Beef Bones like Marrow or Soup Bones.
With the "Back to School" season coming soon now is a great time to make this up and freeze for future use.
I always find this comforting to sip on when not feeling well but also great to use as a base for soups and stews.

The patio is open Thursday -Friday from 10-4:00 and 10:00-3:00 on Saturdays for coffee.
The store itself is open until 6:00PM
