Nach über einem Jahrzehnt der Prokrastination und lähmender Selbstzweifel bin ich endlich wieder da. Jahrelang hab ich die Lügen und die Verdrehungen von Menschen geglaubt, die narzisstisch missbräuchlich waren, vorallem auch dann, als ich schwer krank war oder in der Zeit von Schwangerschaft und Geburt meines Kindes. Die verletzlichsten Zeiten einer Frau. Schritt für Schritt erkenne ich jetzt die Gedanken in meinem Kopf, die niemals meine eigenen waren, und ersetze sie endlich durch meine eigenen Worte und Taten. Sogar jetzt, wo ich als alleinerziehende Mama jeden Tag so viel leisten muss, spüre ich, dass ich ohne diese Menschen plötzlich zurück in meine gesunde, kreative und weibliche Energie zurückkomme.
