BEFORE THE SPARKLE COMES THE STANDARD. ✨

Another team. Another preparation session. Another opportunity to raise the bar.

As we geared up for the opening of the Marketsquare Hyperstore, Delta Mall, Warri, the Larrykleen Maintenance team was once again on the ground, training, briefing and aligning our janitors with the standards required to deliver a clean, safe and welcoming environment from Day One.

This session brought together Senior Management from Marketsquare and a Larrykleen Team Lead, ensuring that every member of the cleaning team understands the expectations, procedures and professional standards required for the new store.

At Larrykleen, we don’t just deploy janitors. We prepare professionals. We build teams. We establish standards.

Because a successful business deserves a space that is ready to make the right first impression to her Customers. These is how we get our spaces ready to sparkle. ✨

Excellence is never an accident, it is trained, cultivated, and consistently delivered.

Behind every pristine environment is a team that understands that cleaning is more than a task; it is a responsibility, a discipline, and a reflection of excellence.

As part of our unwavering commitment to world-class facility maintenance, our team underwent intensive coaching on the behavioral standards, professionalism, and service culture that distinguish exceptional janitorial professionals.

We are equally honoured to be entrusted with preparing another @marketsquarengr Marketsquare Hyperstore for its grand opening, ensuring every aisle, every surface, and every corner reflects the quality and confidence customers deserve from the very first day of operation.

At Larrykleen Maintenance, we don’t simply maintain facilities, we help create environments that inspire confidence, productivity, and exceptional customer experiences.

Because excellence isn’t what we do occasionally… it’s who we are.

🧹✨ Good works never go unnoticed, especially when backed by great leadership.

Some of our hardworking cleaning team members at Immaculate Heart of Mary Specialist Hospital, Nkpor @ihmshnkpor, with their Cleaning Managers, after a heartfelt Thanksgiving Service.

We continually teach our team that good works matter in every environment, no matter the role.

Huge appreciation to the management of IHM Specialist Hospital Nkpor for setting a worthy-of-emulation standard, always treating the cleaning department as a key player and boldly fighting every form of discrimination against us.

That’s leadership worth celebrating.

Strategic planning and Structuring is a key player in growth and stability in the cleaning business. by @larry_kleen

We deep cleaned three branches of Nigeria's biggest retail store, in Asaba, Owerri and Warri✅✅✅

Same Period. Same standard. Different cities. Delivered on time.

How?
* 3 teams, 3 sites, 1 command center
* Pre-shipped supplies & live digital tracking
*Finished BEFORE store opening

This is not the first time we've been tasked with such or even more taking ones and we pulled through with loads of lessons learnt hence ....

I will be doing a documentary on the challenges we have faced as a cleaning and facility maintenance agency.

But here's one of the major lessons I have learnt.

📍Don't let someone else's "loudness" about his or her Success make you feel yours is nothing.

You could be cleaning one shop, running one small business, or raising one child—if you show up fully and deliver consistently, THAT is success.

Comparison kills joy. Consistency builds empires.

"We believe that great results don’t happen by accident, they happen by alignment. 🎯

This week, we held our review meeting with the incredible janitorial team at MarketSquare Benin 3 @marketsquarengr .

These sessions are crucial for identifying challenges, celebrating wins, and sharpening our strategy.

When the team on the ground is heard and equipped, the results speak for themselves. Cleaner spaces, happier customers, and a standard of excellence. 💪✨

Continuous training in action because behind every safe hospital environment is a highly trained cleaning team.
During our periodic capacity-building session, #Larrykleen housekeepers serving at Immaculate Heart of Mary Hospital Nkpor-agu @ihmshnkpor reinforced why hospital cleaning remains one of the most detailed and critical aspects of housekeeping and janitorial services. It demands strict infection-control procedures, meticulous attention to high-touch surfaces, proper chemical handling, regulated waste segregation, contamination prevention, and uncompromising hygiene standards, all essential to safeguarding patients, staff, and visitors while sustaining a truly safe healing environment. We also detailed on the importance of cleaning machine handlings with practicals. Hospital Cleaning is the most detailed aspect of Housekeeping as it directly and indirectly connected with the health of People. by @larry_kleen
