POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My new single "Goodbye Garden" is out on all streaming platforms and available to buy at Bandcamp now!! This song was conceived early in the pandemic and through the years morphed into a very personal and emotional expression of understanding grief and discovering one's own journey to self improvement. It's and exciting relief to release it into the world 🌎

Recorded last fall in @dylannowik 's home studio, he performed his magic to make this song really special, thank you as always 💜 mastered by @ummm_r and cover art photographed by my love, @allie.old

I hope you enjoy it and I hope to see you at @theavalonlounge TONIGHT to properly celebrate its release. I'll be debuting the first iteration of The Larry Locust Band with sets by @allie.old & @garys_dream and my pal @nicerdays who will be keeping the party going with a fantastic DJ set

Endless thanks for your support 🌺 by @larry_locust

Rice wall for the algorithm to let you know I'm playing a set on 10/22 @theavalonlounge in sunny Catskill, NY w/ @jacob_austin_perez & @malerie_day 🪩

It'll be an intimate night of really talented songwriter, Jacob is coming all the way from Cincinnati so it'd mean a lot to show him how much love the Hudson Valley has for it's scene 💜 see you there?

p.s.: leave cover suggestions in the comments! I'd love to give back a little something something to you devoted fans and friends 🤝

I had a really incredible time over the weekend @gardensauce_project in Jeffersonville, NY. Thank you Dasha and Dan for hosting these events that combine farm-to-table meals/snacks with local music. It was a very refreshing experience in a music industry that often puts all the responsibility on artists to bring people out, provide backline/gear and often for no or very little payout. Everyone was so kind and inviting and I'm honored to have been a part of it 💜 plus when youngsters vibe with your music, there's no greater validation

My next gig is at the end of October on Thursday 10/22, I'll be @theavalonlounge supporting @jacob_austin_perez who's touring from Cincinnati, OH! @malerie_day will also be on the bill making for a really special night of songwriters. Most likely a seated Avalon show so come through, order some grub and be serenaded into a different dimension temporarily detached from the horrors of the outside world.

I am very grateful to have these recent and upcoming opportunities to play music live, I don't know what I'd do without it. Thank you. taken in The Avalon Lounge by @larry_locust

Thank you everyone for such a lovely evening 💜 so proud of the @steady_sun_ fam for putting out such an incredible record, it was an honor to spend the evening with you. Huge thanks to my pals Kenny & @davedecotiis for helping me put this set together and as always @theavalonlounge for being a pillar of the Hudson Valley music scene 🪩 See you at the next one 🌀

Happy @steady_sun_ release day!!! The new album is incredible and I'm really proud and excited for my pal @dylannowik and his partner in Steadying Suns, @weymoso to release this new work into the wild. Dylan's been an inspiration to me for as long as I've known him and it's a privilege to have been able to see this bands journey through the years. It's Bandcamp Friday so show them some love on there if you have the means!!

We'll be celebrating the album release @theavalonlounge on Thursday 9/10!! I'm really honored The Larry Band was asked to open up the night, we're excited to get the stage warmed up for Steady Sun to absolutely melt everyones faces and then kindly lull them into a psychedelic trance of self-reflection and meditation 🌀

See you there? 👀
Maybe grab your tickeys in advance?👀🎟️

The hotdog man and the french fry boy have gone to many violent lengths trying to stop me from letting you know that on Tuesday 9/1 @tv_sleep will be sharing the stage @theavalonlounge with psychedelic rock wizards @grainsofeuphora & @slow_teeth (who are traveling from Durham, North Carolina!) Don't let the hot dog and french fry community win. 1 like, 1 share, 1 ticket purchase = infinite life expansion and soul fulfillment. Don't sleep... unless it's TV Sleep 📺

Thank you to everyone who came out to last nights show @theavalonlounge 🪩 To say it filled my heart to be in the room with so many good friends and intentional listeners is a complete understatement. It is always a roll of the dice how a show is going to turn out; there's so many reasons that make it hard to come out on a Wednesday night so to have you all there truly meant the world to me, @maxknouse & @the.grackles so thank you so much. It made it easy to put my whole heart into my songs which was really cathartic and therapeutic. Special thanks to @eebeedee for joining me on my "encore" 💜

Next Larry show is on Thursday 9/10 celebrating the @steady_sun_ album release of their first full album in almost 10 years so please come out and show some love to one of my all time favorite bands in existence. Playing with the band for this one and we're doing a power trio set which I'm beyond stoked for, we had a rehearsal the other night and it's already sounding so huge. Excited to melt your face and maybe make you shed a tear. See you then 💜 taken in The Avalon Lounge by @larry_locust
