Not every photo has to be a breathtaking landscape, a dream destination, or a once-in-a-lifetime view. 🌍✨

Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are the ones we almost overlook. A tiny butterfly, a little detail in nature, a moment of stillness — things that may seem small, but can be just as special. 🦋🌿
Photography, for me, is also about slowing down, looking closer, and finding beauty in the little things. Because sometimes, you don’t have to travel far to find something worth capturing. 📸✨
It’s not always about the big moments.

Sometimes, it’s the little things that make us stop and look. 🤍

Behind the camera, I’m usually the one missing from the picture. 📸

As a photographer, I spend so much time capturing the people I love that I’m rarely the one standing in front of the lens. But every now and then, I get to be part of the story too. 🤍

These moments were captured along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, surrounded by some of the most breathtaking mountain scenery Austria has to offer. 🏔️✨

I absolutely love photographing my family — the genuine moments, the little interactions, the adventures, and the memories that will hopefully stay with us forever. And with a backdrop like this, the location couldn’t have been more perfect.
The first photo is one of those rare pictures where I’m actually in the frame. And honestly? I’m glad I didn’t miss this one. ❤️

Hiking is better when you share the view with the ones you love. 🥾🏔️❤️

Fresh air, mountain trails, family adventures, and memories that last a lifetime. 🌿✨

Because the best journeys aren’t about reaching the top — they’re about enjoying the way together. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🥾

That’s another reason why I love my Sigma 18–35mm F1.8 DC HSM Art. It’s not just for travel photography; you can also take close-ups at wide-open aperture to capture farm life, family time & happy little moments. ❤️📸

Our children were completely captivated by the cats on the farm where we spent our family holiday. 🤍

Each day, they visited the gentle animals, cuddled them, and, of course, gave them plenty of treats. 😻🐾

The farm offered so many wonderful opportunities to slow down and enjoy time together: exploring the outdoors, watching the animals, and making memories as a family. 🌿☀️🐈

Hiking is about so much more than just collecting miles 🥾🏔️🌿 It’s about discovering new places, exploring unknown trails, chasing breathtaking views, and finding new perspectives along the way. 📸✨

Every summit, trail, viewpoint, and hidden path tells its own story — you just have to find the right angle. From vast landscapes and dramatic mountain views to hidden trails and tiny details in nature, every step can reveal a new photo opportunity. 🌄📷

Sometimes the best shots aren’t planned. They happen when you wander a little further, take a different path, stop for a moment, and look at a familiar place from a completely new perspective.

You don’t always need the perfect subject. ✨

Sometimes, the golden light and the atmosphere are what make a moment feel special.

A moody landscape, a quiet path, and just the right light — sometimes, that’s all you need to capture the perfect moment. 🤍

For me, photography is about visual storytelling — not always finding the perfect scene, but capturing the feeling of being there.

My very first attempt at photographing the Milky Way. 🌌✨

I’m still learning and there’s definitely room for improvement, but I’m honestly so happy with this first result. Standing under a sky full of stars, trying to capture the Milky Way for the very first time, was an incredible experience.

And as if the Milky Way wasn’t enough, we were lucky enough to see some shooting stars that night. 🌠✨

A night I definitely won’t forget.
A little patience, a little camera magic, and a whole lot of wonder. 📸

Definitely not my last attempt at astrophotography. 🌌

The perfect photo spot… but of course, it’s never completely empty. 😅📸

Sometimes it’s not about finding the perfect place — it’s about waiting for the right moment. A little patience, the right perspective, and suddenly a crowded spot turns into the perfect shot. ✨

📍 The best photo spots are often the ones where you know when to wait.

Unser erster Wandertag. Los ging es von den Schösswendklamm bis hoch zum Hintersee. Leider war der See aufgrund der Unwetter der letzten Tag eher braun als glasklar. Aber trotzdem war der Blick auf die umliegenden Berge wunderschön. ⛰️🤩

Where reality dissolves into light, color, and motion. 🌱

Used my 50mm prime lens and shutter speed of 1/13s.
