As I’ve finished out my final year of college soccer, I was left trying to figure out how to put it as my playing career has come to an end. The easiest way to put it is to say thank you God for bringing soccer into my life from the small age of 4. If I would have known at the time, all of the places it would take me and teach me, I would have found it crazy. First and foremost thank you Lake Erie for an extremely amazing four years. All the good times and lessons learned have made it priceless. While everything may have not gone to plan, I can still look back happy with all that I accomplished and experienced during my time here. To all of the coaches that have sacrificed so much time thank you, it truly wouldn’t have been as great without you all. You all have taught me so much, and helped make the experience what it is. And to my countless brothers I have made during my time here thank you for the countless memories that I will never forget. I would like to say thank you to my parents for the countless sacrifices and love they have poured into helping me go wherever I have chosen with soccer and being my number one supporters. To have given me the ability to play internationally will always be some of my happiest moments and greatest experiences. But overall to anyone who I have ever touched the field with, thank you for all the countless memories that have made life so great. I would not be the man I am today without you. by @larslegg
