Today, our third full-length album entered the world. This band has changed so much since the last one. This collection of songs has been four years in the making, and is an anthology of experiences relating to loving and being loved. It’s not a hopeful album or a hopeless one; but rather an entire range of emotion and feeling.

All of the writing and recording sessions, the late nights, the revisions, the conversations are worth it to us as they are, because the five of us love what we have made together. But we hope that it’s worth it for your sake too, that you find something valuable and meaningful here in these 10 songs.

The album was produced by @larsoslund and without him it would not sound even close to how it does now

Huge thanks to @zack_alvey for engineering the drum and bass recording as well as editing, and of course @forrestersavell for mixing and mastering. @bayprevost spent many late nights with us helping us with setup and tear down and whatever else too

Very grateful to @nelsdotzone @ellgreeb and @katytothekelly for featuring on the album

We will be playing it live next week at @undergroundmusicvenue with a beautiful lineup of friends. Come hear it

IT DOES NOT SLEEP is available for streaming everywhere, and digital and physical purchase (cassette or CD) in the bio

Hey, it’s been a while, here’s what’s going on.

I have a new project called @millionpointmillion this is the closest thing I will ever have to a “solo project”. It’s a place for me to showcase material that would otherwise go unwritten and can be released on a whatever kind of basis. I looked at my voice memos one day and had countless ideas and riffs and there’s been a turning point for me wanting a place to carve out more material and whatever comes out comes out. It’s been beautiful and I have never had more fun writing music, just pure output. All the music is written and recorded in the box on Ableton, sometimes at my studio, sometimes at home with the cats, sometimes on tour, at Bailey’s house or wherever I end up that day. Either way I’m excited to have released my first song called “Witness” available everywhere on streaming. I’m also blessed with being able to do a debut performance at @undergroundmusicvenue opening up for @mxlonely and @linus__band with a ridiculously tight band on August 20th. This is just the beginning, follow @millionpointmillion

“Witness” out everywhere, links in my bio.

I composed, played, and recorded everything, huge thanks to the best team ever….

I have joined @carefulgaze on drums and absolutely love playing with them. They are brilliant musicians and amazing people. We are working on an absolute dynamite record at the moment and hitting the road and some in town shows in the meantime. So thankful for the opportunity and can’t wait to show you all what we got cooking.

@servicestheband sounds better than ever and have still been kicking it.

@popstarband.us conquered our first tour and have played some amazing shows the past year, our next performance is a burner too, opening for the incredible @thisiswargasmuk aside from that, excited to see where it all goes.

Foster positivity, environment is everything, be well to yourselves. ❤️‍🔥 by @larsoslund

Ecstatic to share that my group @servicestheband has released our sophomore record called “Stationary Place and Time” into the electronic sphere and is streaming on all platforms‼️

Super thankful for all the absurdly talented people who donated their inarguable and stellar abilities to make this record. Thankful to have made this with every single person involved in the process. 🍷

It’s a wild, fun, emotional, danceable, busy, scratching, raw, and highly composed art rock record that was absolutely insane to create and produce, even crazier to reflect on. Life at the time of the making of this record feels like it was a million years ago, things become surreal with how fast and potently time moves and this record represents a lot for me about that period of time. The ideas that came out feel so familiar but now provide such unfamiliar understanding and that’s beautiful. How much was put into this piece shows and I’m so excited to finally let this album exist. 🐈‍⬛

Today is big day for me as I come here to officially announce the existence of my latest musical endeavor, @popstarband.us

@popstarband.us is a duo comprised of myself and my best mate Alec Tonjes. We have been hard at work the past 8 months creating all of what the band is at the moment, which is a lot and hard to explain in one go. This band embodies many concepts I’ve wanted to explore as a musician, through this initial process we’ve experienced all dynamics of success and tribulation, and I feel I’ve truly found what I believe to be my truest self, and couldn’t be more genuinely excited and eager to showcase. It’s been amazing to witness what can happen when you smash your head together with a like minded, passionate, hard working major talent through the mediums of guitars, electronics, and melodies. It’s surreal to think about where the concept of the project began, up until now where it’s finally happening.

Debut single underway, debut performances sneaking up, stay alert friends!

Oh, and I’m grabbing the mic, let’s go. 💎
