LPS is so excited to announce that we are officially on the web!🥳

Click the link in our bio to see our new website🤭

Weather you’re a new client looking to learn more about LPS, an existing client looking to book your next service, or looking for part-time work in the pet industry…the new website should have all the info you need!🤩 by @larspetservices

Hey y’all! 🤩

Welcome to Lar’s Pet Services🐶🐈

My name is Laurie Albert + I started LPS at the start of 2026 here in Charleston, SC. Back during undergrad, I started dog walking through Rover + eventually worked for another local company, providing pet services. I loved it, but now after returning to Charleston + having several years under my belt, I’ve noticed a gap in the industry. Whether it’s flaky sitters, poor communication, or cookie-cutter/one-size-fits all care - I’m on a mission to make sure everyone gets the 5-star care + attention they deserve☺️

LPS strives to be upfront with expectations, making sure communication is clear from the meet n greet, to daily updates, + a report card at the end of the service! I value making personal connections with both my human owners + my pet clients! I love meeting new people + furry friends, as both deserve to be treated like I treat my own family members😊

Speaking of family…more about me! This picture is my world🥹 My husband, Caden (who also runs the business alongside me) + I got married in June, 2025 at our Alma mater (College of Charleston). However, the star of the show was our magnetic mini golden doodle, Forty🫶🏼 He will be 3 this summer!☺️

Stick around to learn more about us, the business, + some featured clients along the way!🦮 by @larspetservices

Forty was so excited to join @cadenalbert68 + @cofcbeachvb for their Halloween practice👻🥹🎃 Word on the street is he was best dressed, but those could be rumors👀

The lil hotdog can’t wait for tomorrow’s Howl-o-Ween event + is ready to play with his furry friends!🤩🎊

Check out the event details on our recent post/event highlights + swing by🤝🤭

✨Part 3: Take My Dog on A Walk with Me🤝

It didn’t take long for my fun side gig to turn into a blessing of a business🥹

Here are 2 signs it’s time to LLC this thing:

1 - Getting more word-of-mouth/referral clients than through Rover🗣️👏 (or whatever the app/original source is)

2 - Consistent month-to-month growth📈💰

We are ONE WEEK away from the first ever…

Howl-O-Ween 🍁🐶🎃

Bring your pups, kiddos, + your costumes to join in on an hour of fun at the dog park on Daniel Island before the trick-or-treating or candy-handing-out festivities begin for the spooky evening🤭

Stop by for free candy, snacks, + pup-cups for your furry friends! 🍬☺️🍫🍭🐶Whether you’re in costume or not, have your pet with you or not, stay the whole time or not…

LPS wants to see our clients fellowship with others, have the chance to win some prizes + giveaways, as well as meet some other friendly faces that may need future services!🤩

Hope to see you there🫶🏼

The next 💬 OWNER REVIEW💬 is from…

ISLA + FINN 🤩

I had a nice time staying with these two sweet + spunky pups this past January ☺️ These were my first clients of the new year + I’m grateful that @emilymorris2 gave me a chance to hang out with them🤭

Thanks for the awesome review + entrusting me with your furry friends! 🤪

✨Part 2: Take My Dog on A Walk with Me🤝

I always say “I side-gigged a little too hard” 😅

But in all seriousness, I’m so grateful for Rover + being able to start something as fun as LPS from scratch 🫶🏼

In case you’re looking to get into pet services…Here are 4 things I wish I knew before I started ✨
