‼️IMPORTANT‼️

Date Change: Thursday 1st October

Unfortunately, our teacher is unwell and won’t be able to run the session, so we’re pushing next week’s Sip ‘n’ Salsa back one week to Thursday 1st October. We’re really sorry for the short notice but hopefully you can still join us in a couple weeks.

If you’ve got a ticket, here’s what that means for you:

🎉If you can make the new date, no need to do anything. Your ticket automatically carries over - see you there.

💸If you’ve can’t make the new date, reach out to us via Fatsoma and we’ll sort out a refund for you.

Sorry for the short notice but hopefully we see most of you on the dance floor soon!

📍 Unit 3, Gaunson House, Markfield Rd, N15
⏰ Doors 7PM | Class 7:15-8:15PM | Social til 10:30PM

For the love of art

There’s something about handmade. The thought, the time, the effort. It forces us to be present. It goes against everything the world tells us to obsess over. Optimising our days, day jobs, and side hustles.

That’s why we want to champion artists. They’re the experts in presence. They’re happy to let five hours pass without a thought for “wasted time.” That’s the energy LA SALA is built on. Because time spent with yourself and the people you love is never a loss. Especially in the living room.

Our first installment is by our founder, @aliyah0.o

If you were to ask her when she started getting into art and she’ll look at you confused. It was not something she had to discover, she had been obsessed with it ever since she first picked up a pencil. Watercolour, pencil, acrylic - she’s self-taught across mediums, but oil paint has her heart.

For this piece, she merged images from our August event to put the energy of LA SALA on paper: the music, the dancing, the chatter, all encased in warm reds and yellows - the calming fire of a night of salsa with us.

We’re excited for the next. Class tickets are sold out but we still have a few tickets left for the social Link in bio to book.
