I did not want to show up to train yesterday. But I did.

In this season of life, it’s so easy to choose rest — and there’s definitely a time for that. But some days, training needs to win.

Raising three boys isn’t for the faint of heart, and neither is showing up for yourself when it would be easier not to.

Yesterday wasn’t about perfection. It was about discipline, grace, and proving to myself that I can still choose me — even in the chaos. 🫶🏽💥
