L’oe Show remains undefeated. Incredible builds, wonderful people, and automotive energy of an almost supernatural magnitude. Heckblende out so admiration (and hatred) could flow freely.

Big love to my lifelong friend @petejnelson for riding shotgun through another pilgrimage to Pottstown. Some friendships survive decades, ours survives interstate towing, hotel rooms, show-car load-ins, and whatever madness (and moron drivers) the road puts in front of us.

Nearly a week later, and I’m still reminiscing about @loeshowofficial. I’m super grateful to have been hosted by @hrsprings_na and extremely humbled to be adjacent to @humblemechanic’s #lupo #GTI #vr5 swap, @autreymcvicker’s chrome yellow MK4 and @dzhess_tattoo’s Corrado.

It was extra special to be at L’oe Show after finishing the interior with the cloth checkered fabric this year, it turned out much better than I imagined. @renewedfinishes helped immensely with the mirror caps and @dandreadetail crushed it as always with a fresh detail before the trip to Pottstown, PA.

Thank you to everyone who came up to chat about the S4, and a MASSIVE thanks to my BFF @petejnelson for being my passenger princess, documenting the journey, and overall rad 10/10 dude!

The 12-hour drive from Chicago to Pottstown, PA didn’t disappoint for @loeshowofficial this past weekend. From the #Q7 towing the S4 seamlessly to enjoying Wawa for the first time and meeting @wb_s4vant, @mtklaas, among many!

I’m beyond humbled that @urotuning asked to have my car as one of their booth features this year — it was the cherry on top after installing the Euro seats and the #R8 brake upgrade. Thank you to everyone who came up to chat about the S4, and a MASSIVE thanks to my lifelong friend @16vpete for joining me and documenting the journey, as I would not have been able to do it without him.

The pre-Euro-District-B5-homie-hangout in Cincinnati and the subsequent cruise down to Jeffersonville is almost as fun as the show itself and, I definitely look forward to it for months in advance.

I’ve been dusting off the cobwebs of my analog camera skills and am pleased to share this first batch of bangers from the pre-pre-meet, looking out over Cincinnati proper. #📷

Chicago → Cincinnati → Louisville (technically Jeffersonville) with the crew for #eurodistrict is always a cathartic experience that I look forward to every year. Good hangs and sweet cars (and BMX bikes!). Always motivating each other to do the next big thing in our build.
