Happy to showcase the page spread for the Cosplay Glade Magazine Issue 21 "Spooky"!! Very excited our group has been accepted for this issue. Always trying to spread the Dorohedoro agenda. Here's info I wrote on the construction of this cosplay & I'll make a tutorial later on the prop head! Only if you wanna read!

"Howdy! I'm Jay, I've been cosplaying over a decade and my goal in this community is to help others by providing helpful tips to newer cosplayers/people who are interested in this craft. A lot has changed over the years with this community and I cannot wait to see what the next decade holds for all of us! While making this cosplay, I was working on a bigger build (Solaire from Dark Souls) so there are some things I thought would look better if I commissioned a mask artist and left the things I could handle to myself. Latex masks are something outside of my skill range for sure. However, with the limited amount of time I had, I was able to craft the prop head and the hammer in less than a week. The prop head was made from a combination of things I already had and scrap items. For example, the base is a wig head, the outside skin was a latex Halloween mask, the face wrap was dollar store sports tape, and the can attached to the face is fragrance spray I painted gray. One thing I always tell people is that you don't need to break bank to make a prop! Try to go to stores or look through scraps you have; you never know what you can find to assemble something."

Love to see others that were also featured for this project as well! We are placed alongside the Cryptid Hunters! Super rad.

Thanks everyone for everything to make this happen. This magazine is available for purchase physical and digital.

Still absolutely in love with the pics from ALA, but speaking of cons, is everyone ready for AX? I'm definitely not 😅. Hoping to run into more friends this year!
