Don’t wing it! Mark the eyelid with 3 crucial dots: pupil, iris start, and iris end. This ensures flawless mapping every time.

Without these marks, your map will shift when the client opens their eyes changing the whole set.

20 YEARS..

20 years since I became a licensed beauty professional.

When I first started, I never imagined this career would become my purpose. It wasn’t always easy. There were moments I wanted to quit, moments I questioned myself, moments I had to rebuild from the ground up. But every setback taught me something, and every challenge made me better. ✨

I’ve learned that success isn’t about being the most viral person in the room. It’s about being the one who keeps showing up when it’s hard. The one who keeps learning, growing, failing, and keeps getting back up.

This industry has given me more than a career. It’s given me lifelong friendships, opportunities to travel the world, thousands of students, and a chance to leave an impact that will outlive me.

To everyone who’s supported me, trusted me, learned from me, or simply cheered me on… thank you. You are part of this 20-year journey too. 🩵

If you’re in a season where you’re doubting yourself, don’t quit. The people you admire didn’t get there because it was easy. They got there because they refused to give up. 💪

Turns out… we’re all a collection of different versions of ourselves. 🤍

There’s the girl who grew up as a total tomboy.

I lived in gym clothes, cared more about sports than my hair, and honestly… not much has changed. I’d still rather throw on jeans and Vans than spend an hour getting ready.

Then there’s the educator, business owner and Director of Education.

The women with the tweezers, passport, teal blazer, and a suitcase that’s always packed because she’s somewhere teaching lash artists.

Twenty years ago, if you would’ve told me I’d build a career in the beauty industry, I would’ve laughed.

Beauty wasn’t even on my radar.

But walking into this industry 20 years ago completely changed my life.

It gave me confidence.
It gave me purpose.
It introduced me to some of the most incredible people I’ll ever know.

But most importantly… it showed me that I was meant to teach and help others create an amazing career for themselves. 🩵

Teaching became the thing that connected every version of me.

The athlete who loves to work hard.
The traveler who can’t sit still.
The mom whose world revolves around two little humans.
The girl who still feels most comfortable in sneakers.
The educator who’s happiest standing in front of a classroom helping someone believe in themselves.

Lashes were never the whole story.

They were simply the thing that brought all the pieces of me together.

And honestly…

I think I’m still becoming the next version. 🩵

One tiny detail can completely change your retention and the comfort your clients feel… 👀

✔️ Square bases = safe, but don’t wrap as well, not as comfortable for clients.
❌ Pokey bases = never place them. They hurt, cause irritate and your clients won’t be back.
⭐️Tight cylinder bases = best wrap + best retention, most comfortable!
