October 1st means one thing around here… 🎃👻🕸️

Spooky season has officially entered Lash Demand 💗

A little throwback to some of our favorite Halloween looks + moments around the salon over the years. We take October very seriously around here 😂🎀

And trust me… we’re just getting started.

October books are OPEN 🖤
Come see what we have planned this year 👀

8 years of learning, growing, starting over, taking risks, making mistakes, celebrating wins, and becoming a completely different version of myself along the way.

What started with me simply learning how to do lashes became clients who trusted me, students I got to teach, products with my name on them, a salon, a team, and a business that has grown right alongside me.

There were so many versions of Lash Demand before the one you see today — and I’m grateful for every single one of them.

Watching these clips back makes me realize how much can happen when you just keep going.

8 years down… and I still feel like we’re only getting started. 🎀 by @lashdemandsalon

Let’s face it… our clients don’t know what a CC or D curl is. They don’t know how to gauge how an 11mm C curl vs J curl will flatter them. This is language that is completely foreign to them. Our terminology is our own operating room table language… and the patient has NO IDEA what you’re talking about.

It’s so important that every client understands what you are trying to achieve prior to the start of the service. Listen to what their concerns are regarding length, thickness, intensity, etc. If you’re trying something new on them, explain it in a way they will understand. This will minimize the amount of unhappy reactions at the end of your services 🤍

And most importantly, lashes are NOT a one size fits all. It’s okay to communicate to your client that you guys are on a journey to find the perfect set, catered perfectly to them. ✨ by @lashdemandsalon

On a scale from hug to kiss, how happy do you think Cynthia is with her lashes?? by @lashdemandsalon

If it’s one thing I’ve gained expertise on over the years, it’s knowing what damage I can work with and which I should turn away.

Every single lash requires different attention to detail. A lash that is just beginning to grow cannot possibly hold the same weight as a fully mature one. Things like the length of the extension and how many fibers are in each fan matter.

The key is to give each lash ONLY what it can carry ( if anything at all) in the entire surrounding areas of the damage. Every lash can pull its weight…. Appropriately 😉 by @lashdemandsalon

A chaotic day with some of the Lash Demand girls… except from everyone’s POV 😂

Your refill is more than just filling in the gaps. 🤍✨

As your natural lashes grow + shed, your extensions grow out with them. Staying consistent with your refills allows us to remove grown-out lashes, fill in new growth + bring your set back to that fresh, full look.

And because no two eyes are the same, every Lash Demand set is customized to your eye shape, natural lashes + desired look. 🎀

Ready for your refill? Link in bio to book. #ctlashtech #milfordct #orangectlashtech #lashtechct #beforeandafter by @lashdemandsalon
