2025 was the year I realized nothing is promised. It can all be snatched away in a second. I felt heartbreak, sickness, carried grief, felt so incredibly alone, fought battles no one saw and STILL loved hard, cared for others, healed, smiled, and kept living. This year may not have gone as planned but maybe it was never meant to. Maybe it was meant to shape me, strip away what’s not aligned and remind me what truly matters. I survived moments that tried to convince me otherwise. And that resilience? It’s not going anywhere.
To the friends who held me down this year. To the friends who checked on me without being asked. To the friends who prayed for me when I didn’t even say I needed it. Thank you. You are the reasons I made it through this year.

Swinging into this next chapter with a clear mind, a clear heart and a clear test result!! 🥳🥳 Couldn’t be more grateful. I vow to never take my health for granted again. I also vow to prioritize what’s important in my life and what is OK to let go of. I have learned so much throughout this journey. I feel blessed that it’s opened my eyes and reaffirmed what I already knew, but looking back now, may have needed a reminder. Truly a paradise even more beautiful than imagined. This time away spent with my favourite humans has been exactly what my soul was craving. Peace, renewal, love and most of all healing.
