3 Things I stopped doing over the years - Overbooking This is a huge DIFFERENCE for me since i started doing this! I usually dont take more than 4-5 clients in a day. This allows me more 1:1 time to service my client to the best of my ability. I can have time now to properly eat, sanitize, and prep for my next client. I truly enjoy my days with my clients since i made this switch. Late fees Yup. I stopped charging late fees. This is your appointment, you only have a 1 hour and 45 minute - 2 hour time slot. Show up 20 late? Okay. I will do my best in the time i have left. itโ€™s your luxury appointment and you can spend it however you would like in the time you have reserved. Choosing the music / podcast When you arrive to your appointment you have so many options! Do you want to listen to your favorite artist? Maybe a podcast? Or maybe you are just feeling like a silent appointment, totally up to you! If you are feeling like you dont want to talk or have an idea of a playlistโ€ฆ send me a text ๐Ÿค this is your safe place and customizing it is my pleasure. What is something you stopped doing that changed your day to day? Let me know โžก๏ธ๐Ÿค #lashartist #lashapecialist by @lashedbykaylani
Lash diaries with me โœจ One huge thing Iโ€™d like to add.. ( & if you know me you know) I listen to everything under the sun. Iโ€™m no branded Alt girl or clean girlโ€ฆ I love it all. Catch me with death metal one day & southern rap the next ๐Ÿคฃ by @lashedbykaylani
Alllll I am saying isโ€ฆ keep an open mind to professional lash services. Every appointment is tailored to your personal preferences . Donโ€™t be shy, ask me anything โ˜บ๏ธ You really may never know what you like if you donโ€™t try at least once โœจ #lashspecialist #lashartist #lashlife by @lashedbykaylani
Iโ€™m going to hold your hand when I say thisโ€ฆ but itโ€™s okay to do whatever your heart desires. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ I grew up hearing the old saying, different strokes for different folks.. but honestly month to month or even day to day I switch it up. And thatโ€™s totally okay. There is no pressure to do anything you donโ€™t want to do, and should never be any pressure for you to choose yourself. Whether itโ€™s low effort mornings with a lash lift or extensions, or saving your bag until you can get them again.. itโ€™s okay! When youโ€™re ready to relax, take a lash nappie, (or yap), Iโ€™ll be here for you. Questions? Message or text me ๐Ÿ’Œ Booking in BIO psโ€ฆ can we all talk about the 3 beautiful women in the last slide? The most gorgeous entrepreneurs I get to call my clients ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ by @lashedbykaylani

If you have sat in my chair, you know I like to snap a quick pic or 6 ๐Ÿคฃ My type B self always says Iโ€™m going to go through them and post all these gemsโ€ฆ but I get side tracked pretty easy these days. Mom life isnโ€™t for the weak ๐Ÿ˜… Donโ€™t let the lack of posting confuse you, I am still here โ€ฆjust hoarding all eye and brow pictures for a LIFETIME LOL ๐Ÿ˜‚ Little by little Iโ€™m going through them all. When I started doing lashes, this was drilled into your head โ€œdonโ€™t be friends with your clientsโ€โ€ฆ itโ€™s โ€œunprofessional โ€œโ€ฆ Iโ€™m here to tell you that Iโ€™ve spent countless hours laughing, crying, swapping storiesโ€ฆ every couple weeks. When you do that for years, some people just become friends so naturally. You just click and I am so grateful for that. Everyone that came on this trip, I would not have met if it wasnโ€™t for lashes ๐Ÿ˜š so love your people & clients ๐Ÿค @luxeestheticsllc have been trading since whatโ€ฆ 2019? Love ya bad โœจ by @lashedbykaylani
