believe it or not, most all my clients fall asleep during their lash appointment. I curate a playlist that is calming and quiet to help them wind down.

let’s talk about being a business owner and having ADHD

Most women don’t get diagnosed until their mid-20s. My story is a little different, I was diagnosed in 2nd grade

I spent years going on and off medication, trying different ones to see what worked for me. Eventually, I decided I didn’t want to be medicated throughout school. I wanted to see what life looked like without it

Then I became an adult and decided to try medication again. It helped… until it didn’t. The cycle started to feel repetitive, and the come-down at the end of the day was exhausting for me

Fast forward to now.. I’m a wild girl🤣 I talk quite a bit, but you’ll notice I’m a LOT quieter when I’m focused on lashing. Sometimes it genuinely feels nearly impossible to talk while I’m lashing because my brain is working overtime trying to focus on a million tiny details

Meanwhile, I have approximately 37 tabs open in my brain at all times

Most of them are unfinished ideas🤣 But thankfully, a lot of them actually get executed, too

I’ve come to realize that the same brain that can make me feel scattered, overwhelmed, and all over the place is also the reason I’m constantly creating, dreaming, problem-solving, and thinking of new ways to grow

Owning a business means there’s no one standing over you telling you what to do next. And with ADHD, that can either feel wildly overwhelming or incredibly freeing

I’m still figuring out how to work WITH my brain instead of constantly fighting against it

surprise! I’m moving! 🏠😮

as my time in the Londonderry studio comes to an end… I can’t even believe im saying those words. I can’t help but think of all the hours, clients and time I’ve spent here building my business and craft and honestly..myself.

All the early mornings, off days that weren’t really off days, the long ass 12 hour days to become someone im so proud of.

Im so extremely proud to announce I have my own suite in Bedford. If you know me, you know I am ADDICTED to my work. I quite literally never stop and frankly I don’t ever want to. Every single goal I’ve set for myself I have accomplished and that is insane to say out loud.

I know it sounds kinda of annoying but truly as someone who struggles so much with imposter syndrome, constantly questioning and just thinking I can work 100x harder. I truly feel like I have made it, not only for me, but for my clients.

I have made the most amazing clientele, the most loyal group of girls I’ve ever met. and that’s something I never want to take for granted. Every appointment they choose me and it makes me cry thinking about it.

I’m so excited to welcome you all into my new suite. Bedford baby, I’m homeeeeee

books are open!!! more hours included just for you all to experience this with me!

let’s get personal…

I always like to think about my why and truly ask myself what brought me into the field I’m in today

There are a lot of reasons I was drawn to the beauty industry, but my biggest one will always be my parents

I grew up with a very loving, beautiful family one older sister, a wonderful mom, and a kick-ass dad

When I look back, I realize just how much of who I am today comes from the things my parents taught me (if you know me you know I’m a perfect mix of them both)

My dad taught me how to be motivated and Determined. How to keep going when things get hard, and how to push even when you feel like you’ve had enough

I played sports growing up, so I’ve always had that drive in me, BUT I’ve also always loved beauty and that definitely came from my mom!

I used to go with her to her esthetic appointments and they were genuinely my favorite! She always had the best products, the best routines, and somehow always made beauty feel like something fun and special.

I truly believe two of the biggest reasons I am where I am today are because of my parents.
They are two of the most selfless, strong, independent people I know, equally independent, but even stronger together.

They taught me that life is going to get hard. That things aren’t always going to go according to plan. And that when they do get hard, you don’t quit… you try even harder.

I always hear, “How do you have so much hustle? You literally never stop”

And as much of that may come from my ADHD 🤣, a huge part of it comes from watching my parents work their asses off to provide a beautiful life for our family.

I truly mean it when I say my parents are my why in life, and in the way I work
I always knew I wanted to be my own boss. But now, being here feels different

I want to show them that they raised a strong, independent, go-getter diva of a daughter🤣

And I hope they know that every ounce of my drive, determination, and love for what I do has a little piece of them in it.
