Be honest… are your salon suites actually making you money? 👀

Or are you:
• Struggling to fill empty rooms
• Letting people slide on rent 😩
• Unsure how to structure leases + policies
• Constantly putting out fires instead of making profit

A lot of suite owners look successful on the outside… but behind the scenes it’s stressful, inconsistent, and NOT scalable.

It doesn’t have to be like that.

I’m Chynna — I’ve owned and operated 3+ salon suite locations since 2015, and I’ve learned how to:
✔️ Keep suites FULL
✔️ Attract quality tenants (not headaches)
✔️ Set up systems so you’re not chasing money
✔️ Turn suites into a REAL income stream — not just a space

And now I help other beauty entrepreneurs do the same ✨

If you’re:
✨ Thinking about opening salon suites
✨ Already own suites but want to increase profit + structure
✨ Ready to run it like a BUSINESS (not just rent out rooms)

👉 COMMENT “SUITES” and I’ll personally send you the link to book a FREE discovery call 📞

Let’s get you fully booked, paid on time, and PROFITABLE 💰 @lashlyfedetroit taken in Lashlyfe Academy by @lashlyfeacademy

📍MICHIGANS #1 Lash supply store/ Salon suites (we’re still expanding)

For all the lash girlies, don’t give up! Keep going and stay consistent and resilient. Some days are harder than others but if you keep going and don’t slow up you will get to where you’re supposed to be! TRUST THE PROCESS!

Try not to compare yourself to others because we all have different journey’s and different paths to take to get to where we are trying to go. A few months ago, I was thinking of giving up. I started comparing my business to others. That’s the DEVIL! Stay focused and lock in!

Come shop and ask questions! We are here. I am here! You can even come in to test products before you buy and we will match amazons prices for specific products🤞🏾

Come rent a suite. There is nothing like being around like minded individuals with the same goals. taken in Lashlyfe Academy by @lashlyfeacademy

LIFE LATELY 🥂LITERALLY IN COMPETITION WITH MYSELF, THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND MYSELF.

September was filled with a LOT of thinking, planning, implementing, and sleepless nights… but by God’s grace, everything came together successfully! 🙌🏽

I LOVE a good trip to Detroit! It’s always a good time. Whether I’m training new students, implementing new systems, or spending quality time with family, Detroit never disappoints. I had a BALL!

While I was there, I officially implemented our NEW contactless LashLYFE Supply Store! 🎉 That means LashLYFE is now completely SELF-CHECKOUT! The feedback has been AMAZING, and I’m so happy you guys are loving the new experience. The store is now open 7 DAYS A WEEK! So much in store for 2027 updates!

Literally, a self-checkout lash supply store?! 🤯 THAT’S A BIG DEAL! And yes, it’s the ONLY one in the world! (Content coming soon because y’all NEED to see this!)

My family and I also enjoyed a 7-day Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas, Mexico, and Honduras! 🚢🌴 We had SO much fun!

Between business, family, travel, and bringing new ideas to life, September was definitely a season of working hard and playing even harder! 🥂✨

And guess what?! LashLYFE turns 12 YEARS OLD soon! 😭❤️ Twelve years of building, growing, learning, and evolving. And trust me… I’ve got SOMETHING up my sleeve! 😂👀

Stay tuned, Besties! The next chapter is looking GOOD! 💕✨ taken in Lashlyfe Academy by @lashlyfeacademy

✨ May Dump ✨

What was the BEST thing that happened to you in May? 👇🏽 Let’s celebrate each other’s wins

I love sharing both my business journey and personal life with you all. Business is always moving, but the personal moments matter too. 🫶🏽

May had a few unexpected twists—including our hair salon catching fire 😅 (we’ll save that story for another day)—but overall, it was a month full of blessings.

💐 Celebrated Mother’s Day with my mom with brunch, candle making, and a bloom basket.

🏊 My son advanced to Level 2 swimming.

🎌 Our Anime Spikes launched and sold out in just 5 days.

🩺 I finally prioritized my health and completed a Prenuvo scan.

🎓 My 14-year-old attended junior prom and is getting ready for high school. Where did the time go? 😭

When I look back, May reminded me that life can be messy, beautiful, exciting, and challenging all at the same time.

Here’s to June and whatever it has in store. ✨ by @lashlyfeacademy
