Imagine starting a band in 2007 for a battle of the bands… and winning.

We didn’t know what we were building yet. We just knew we wanted to play loud, write our own songs, and make something that felt like ours.

Since then, Last Minet has been through every version of change you can imagine. We’ve gained people, lost members, lost friends, gone quiet, come back, rebuilt, and kept finding our way back to the songs.

Jovanna survived a brain injury. The band went on hiatus. Life got heavy. Then we started writing again. Then we started playing again. Then we lost more members.
And we’re still here.

Not as a setback. Not as a watered-down version. Not as something barely holding on.

As the clearest version of Last Minet we’ve ever been. We’re here because this still means everything.

We are SOOOOO very excited to be celebrating our 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY as a band next week!!!!

To start things off, we’ll be performing with @osoosoband and @roeknowsbest at @crossroadsgarwoodnj on Thursday the 25th followed by a super early (12pm) performance on @thepigeonpack stage at @punkislandnyc Saturday the 27th!!!

On 6/29/23, we set off for our weekend warrior tour where we did some shows in NJ and then over in DC/Maryland.
