🌮🍬🍹TACOS & TREATS 🍹🍬🌮

Halloween is getting a little taco-y, tequila-y, and delightfully rotten at Last Call. 😈

We’re teaming up with our friends @cottonandreed @unionmarketdc for a special Halloween edition of Alley Sessions featuring @taqueriahabanero bringing the tacos—and we’re bringing the trouble 🤪😈

What’s happening in the Alley? ⬇️

🌮 TACOS. TACOS. TACOS by Taqueria Habanero
🍹 Halloween cocktails & beers (@titosvodka @jamesonus @dcbrau @mezcalverdeamaras @jimbeamofficial )

I’m incredibly proud that Tales of the Cocktail — Tales on Tour made its way to Washington, DC. 🥃🍸 this past week.

Getting to watch bartenders from all over the DMV show up, sit in seminars, meet new people, swap stories, learn what’s happening outside our little corner of the cocktail universe—and generally nerd the fuck out about booze—was honestly one of the best experiences I could’ve had.

Because that’s what this industry is supposed to be about: learning, sharing, connecting, and realizing you absolutely do NOT know everything about cocktails. 😂 taken in The Square at International Square by @lastcallbardc

Bursting at the seams with aliveness.

These 2 months since Nepal have flown by: new job, new gym and endless social plans while trying to show up as my best self for the people and causes I care about.

Some days the privilege feels heavy, holding this much joy while so much tragedy unfolds around the world. After 2+ years navigating the trenches of what I call "the messy middle," this joy is the byproduct of growth and the greatest catalyst to keep fighting for a brighter future.

Grateful for trusting my intuition, everything that fell away to create space for expansion and the real ones who supported me through this quantum leap.

» swipe to the end for my summer alter egos (rhinestone cowgirl 🤠 + bubble girl 🫧) plus a book excerpt that changed my life; hope it hits different for you too⚡️ taken in Washington, DC by @lastcallbardc

🚨 BREAKING OUR OWN RULES ALERT 🚨

We never double-post in one day… but it’s not every day the USA takes on Australia in the World Cup. 🇺🇸⚽🇦🇺

And while we absolutely adore our Aussie friends — Fiona, The District Fishwife, Jye, and the rest of the Australian invasion — today we’re wrapping ourselves in the stars and stripes.

We’ll happily share a beer with Australia before kickoff.
We’ll happily share a beer with Australia after kickoff.

But for 90 minutes?

USA. USA. USA.

Come watch the match with us and help us cheer on the home team. 🇺🇸❤️

No matter who wins, everyone’s beautiful at Last Call.
