end of pt and coach gives me my homework… basics, one twos, sit back, soft knees. not glamorous but thats the job 🥊 #boxing #whitecollarboxing #boxingtraining #dadfitness #latetothefight by @latetothefight

Getting older is a fight. So is getting fit. 🥊

38, a dad, and back in the gym at @box2burn training for my first white collar fight. Not to go pro, just to be the best version of me for my kids, and for my head.

If this reaches just one person and gets them off the sofa, it's done its job. Know someone who needs this? Send it to them 👊

Late to the fight… not done yet.

It’s official 🥊

I went down to Box2Burn and signed up tonight for the UWCB event.

I’ve been doing the fitness sessions once a week for the last few weeks, but now I’m ready to dive in head first!

Doing this for my head as much as my body. One session at a time. Let’s see where this takes me.
