A glimpse into Penn & Kural x @wordsbyrami 's first workshop on postpartum and motherhood 🌸✨

For South Asian diaspora moms, motherhood can feel isolating as we navigate honouring our roots and making space for new ways of thinking.

This gathering reminded us that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it grows through community, shared stories and continued dialogue.

While this workshop focused on motherhood, Penn & Kural will explore many mental health and wellness topics for South Asian women at every stage of life.
