Lather! is releasing our debut EP “Dead Sky” on October 14! We’ve put much care and love ❤️ into this work, as evidenced by this hand-drawn, stop-motion animation created by our very own @matterbabynyc to accompany our track ‘Danny Deever’. Release show details coming soon! by @latherband
Did you see that stop motion I made? Well, I made each frame into a magnet & now you can pick one up for the low, low price of $3 (v. limited edition for obvious reasons). Come snag one at our show tonight at @gutterbar . We’ll be with @tricktheriddle , @bloodofthebull , and @monte.music . Doors at 7! ❤️Maryanne by @latherband

Footage of Lather! from @bakerfalls this long gone autumn. We played one of our favorite shows ever with an incredible lineup including @arklightnyc. In fact, we are playing with them again this upcoming Friday the 13th/Valentine’s eve! Bring your unlucky date to the @gutterbar in Williamsburg for a night of crushing, weird rock put on by @ourwickedlady We’ll kick things of at 8pm followed by @someofminenyc, @shoptalktheband, and @arklightnyc DO NOT MISS DO NOT MISS 🎥: @bloodofthebull by @latherband
Lather! had so much fun building this super weird amp out of an old throwaway speaker. @disengineering taught us how to make the filthiest distortion imaginable (that uses skin to short the circuit) and we’re gonna be forever grateful 🤘 by @latherband
