For the past year, I have been asking the Broward County State Attorney’s Office to investigate alleged notary fraud involving documents being used against my inheritance, but I have been ignored. I am now sharing a letter from the Florida Governor’s Notary Section stating that, based on the evidence and sworn response, it appears a notary stamp/photo was unlawfully obtained and used by a third party, and that unauthorized possession and use of a notary stamp is a criminal offense under Sections 117.05(3)(e) and 117.05(7), Florida Statutes. The Governor’s Office said it cannot file criminal charges, so I am asking the public to please share this, tag officials, and help me reach someone who can investigate before my inheritance is taken through fraud and silence. by @latonea
