so nervous to step in & documenting this right here on September 26th🤍 i am making a 12-week commitment to the gym to tone up my body and supporting my mental health. I want this habit to become my new everyday routine.
.
Monday is a school holiday for my son, so my official kickoff is this Tuesday! Rebuilding confidence takes time, but every single workout counts. Ready to put myself first and make it happen. ✨💪

When you leave your phone unattended at the gym for 30 seconds... Here you go! 😭

I wanted to share this video because this sweet stranger completely made my day just by grabbing my phone and smiling. It really is the little things that make the biggest impact lolol.

Shoutout to gym strangers with good vibes 🙌✨

i was way too quiet yesterday... so here you go! 🦈

Traveled all the way down for the San Jose Sharks!

Yeahh, we got the win and it was the best feeling ever. It was my first time visiting SAP Center & i brought my son along for the hype!

I’m definitely coming back soon! 3-2 in the shootout, say what! 🤫💙🖤🦈🇨🇦🥅🏒🔥 #IYKYK #SJSharks #fansofhockey #sanjosesharks #asl by @latte_cece

Lately, I’ve started obsessing over 3D Energy drinks!

First, I tried Watermelon Grape, then Blueberry Mist, and now... Spicy Mango! 🥭

OMG, it reminds me so much of my childhood favorite Mexican spicy mango lollipops! 😭

You all seriously need to try this one. FRFR! 🔥

Just check this out if you like to explore and farm-hopping as much as we do! You definitely need to check place out!

Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 8–10 reps. 🔥🔙

Definitely keeping my chin tucked a little more next time for that perfect alignment!!

Not going to lie, that upper day completely humbled me. But the main rule stays: keep the reps up and NO SKIPS. We build from here! 💪🏽😤

Leg day is no joke!!🔥

My legs were wobbling so much after attempting 4 sets of 15 reps!🫨

Unfortunately, there isn’t a hip thruster machine at my gym, but… I just learned a new hip thrust method! Next time, I’ll ask the front desk to see if they have a barbell foam pad 🙌🏽🫠

I also realized that I need to slow down a bit when I squat. Controlling the movement that way will build muscle so much better!🐢
