I intentionally didn’t edit audio in this video, not only because I don’t yet know how lol but I wanted you to be able to hear the heaviness in my breath. The deepness and pain in my stretch. I’m not waiting for “better” to show you the good parts imma show you what’s happening right now.

I went from a strict protocol, to heartbreak, to doing the barest of minimum for myself, but still going through the motions to maintain. I gained most of the weight I’d lost and I gained it fast. The weird part about this time more than any other time that I got off track is, I don’t feel as down on myself about it.

Before, I would tear myself down, might call myself out my name, take on the thoughts of the outside world about me. But I’ve really gotten to a point where 1) I know how to do what I need to do to get me where I want to be and 2) not gaf about how anyone else feels about me and my body, it’s mine in the whatever form it takes on at the moment and I’m going to love and nourish it period.

Anyway, this is where I am now...I’ve been used to driving long hours daily and not stretching and not moving and although I’ve been vegan THREE years I’ve been eating a lot of processed vegan products (I don’t condone that but I be doing that, but please don’t do that).

Life is shifting, it’s slowing down, but internally I’m revving up 🏎️ I’m feeling really different and scared and weird and confident and not giving AF but in the best ways.

Well anyway, enjoy this video or don’t, it’s infused with a lil accidental treat 🍭 But this is the story of somebody that has been stagnant for a bit. I wanted to feel better today so I moved my body in whatever way it needed it. Dassit 💖

Lazy farm techniques: Throw the pulp from juicing into your growing garden 👩🏾‍🌾 it enriched the soil and guess what…I didn’t fight with pests this year.
